Airtex India Pvt Ltd was promoted in the year 2005 as an offshoot, Since the beginning the Company has seen remarkable growth not only financially, but also technically and socially. The group is a well known & well respected in its market.

In fact, the Promoters of the Company chiefly Mr. Rajendra Prasad Porwal & Mr. Lalit Porwal (A successful entrepreneur with innovative visions) after inheriting the family business of over four decades old have been able to transform it in its present size and stature. Initially the family firms were in the business of trading in textiles and they gradually developed in to manufacturing. The major activity consisted of purchase of Yarn, conversion of Yarn into Grey Cloth with the help of own settled facilities latest technology of Airjet Machines and then getting the Grey Cloth processed in to finished fabrics from reputed Textile Process house, Design Development and Sampling. The Finished Fabric thus manufactured was marketed under the brand name of “AIRTEX” throughout India.

The brand “AIRTEX” has built a strong goodwill for itself in the domestic market and commands a premium. We are gradually moving towards Export market to capitalize the huge opportunity.
